Titusville Folk and Bluegrass Festival is an annual summer celebration of musicians and artists in beautiful Northwestern Pennsylvania, presented by the Titusville Council on the Arts, a non-profit organization dedicating to keeping the arts alive and growing in Titusville. A free to the public event at Scheide Park in Titusville will include vendors selling art and handcrafted wares will also be on hand. Other activities include an all-day jam session and a variety of music and art workshops for all ages. Titusville Folk and Bluegrass Festival features a stellar lineup with two international singer-songwriters Lisa Loeb on Friday night and Dar Williams on Monday.
